 2008 Optimist Pee Wee Football Program

                               Tackle Football Program                        5th  &  6th  Graders    Registration Form

                               Flag Football Program                          1st  thru  4th  Graders   Registration Form

                                       Registration will be held Saturdays August 23rd, 30th, September 6th, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm
                                                             at the Little League Senior Baseball Field, across from the Library
                                                             Tackle Registration Fee          $115.00 (after June 30  $125.00)
                                                             Flag Registration Fee             $  60.00 (after June 30  $  65.00)
                                                             Equipment: First come first serve.
                                                             All games played at Hall Football Field.
                                                             Flag Season:    Sept 13 - November 1,   2008
                                                             Tackle Season: Sept 13 - November 15, 2008
